What is a Multiple Installations/Single User license?
You may install the app on multiple computers, however a single user license means only one user can use idocument4u at any given time. If a user is logged-in, the system will prevent any concurrent attempt to login again using the same user credentials.
Can I have multiple users using the app concurrently?
If you need multiple users working simultaneously, you can purchase additional subscriptions and provide each with unique user credentials. We will offer a group subscriptions plan in the future.
Can I merge forms of different types?
idocument4u is built with flexibility in mind and accommodates a wide variety of file types, such as PDF (.pdf), Text files (.txt), Rich Text Format (.rtf), and Microsoft Word formats (.doc, .docx, .dotx). Any files that are not already in ‘.docx’ format will be automatically converted to ‘.docx’ before merging all forms into a single ‘.doc’ document.
Is there a limit to how many documents I can issue?
No, there is no limit to how many documents you can issue in any of our plans. Enjoy endless documents!

No, there is no limit to how many forms you can merge into one document. Just note that more or bigger forms will take longer to get merged.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is safe. All processing is done on your local machine. No upload of forms or data to any external server.
What does it mean to work offline?
To maximize privacy and security, idocument4u can operate offline, so you don’t need an internet connection to use it. However, internet connection is required to login and logout, both of which occur over a secure connection. After logging in, you may go offline if you prefer.
Do I need technical skills to setup and use idocument4u?
idocument4u is easy to use with DIY approach. No need for professional IT overhead, all is needed is basic MS Word and MS Excel knowledge. No coding is needed.
